can't add menu type Product Details Layout

I have tried moving the site from two diff servers and also tried on my local disk, updated virtuemart and updated virtuemart aio but still no luck, i have set memory_limit to 512mb and executime_time to 300 but still i have the same issue over and over again.. i checked all over the forum and can't find similar issue that i'm getting

all i just want is to have a product details layout so i can customized the sidebar for it.. is there another way to set menu and just change the menu type to Myphpadmin?

still don't know what causing the issue but i found another way to add a product details layout menu type through myphpadmin, adding the menu on the administrator panel and modifying the menu i want to be the product details layout type by manually changing the link of the menu on through myphpadmin

Virtuemart and joomla version?

Joomla! 2.5.16, first i have 2.0.22a so i tried updating to 2.0.24b but still the issue exist...

The only way i could add this type of menu is but using myphpadmin and modifying the link with the product id at the end..
but if i got to the administrator and open the menu that i have switch its link to the product details layout it still the same issue, however on the front it the menu works fine,, its just on the admin menu settings of the product details layout menu that couldn't properly be loaded
