how to publish shipment costs in cart if the customer is not logged in

Hi,
I would like to publish shipment costs in the cart also when the client is not logged in. In this moment when the client clicks on the show cart button he arrives to the cart page, he can see the products quantity, price , tax etc etc but not the costs of shipment. In the line of shipment there is a text that asks to the client to choose the shipment method. Shipment method is based just on wheight but if the system doesn't find the zip code (after the registration) doesn't show shipment costs.
How can I do?

if you have any sort of zip or country filtering in your ship method it wont show until they give an address - how else could it work..

If you want to show it then only have the weight filter - everything except price blank - should show then

You are absolutly right! information is the key to life... That's why I am trying to find informations asking people who have the knowledge.

Thank you GJC! Sorry for having bored you.
I did what you show in the pictures but it didn't work.
After your message I cleaned the database table and I setted new shipments metod and now it works.
