VM 2.0.24: Page Title Problem and Numbers in URL for Category Layout

The page title (the menu title) does not display. I have tried the radio button set to 'Yes' on Page Display Options>Show Page Heading and add a Browser Page Title it doesn't work. Why?

If you go to this page and click on any of the categories, it goes to a blank page. For example, if you click on 'Back', you should see this item and not a blank page. How to fix?

The category paths still display numbers in URL. How can I remove these?

when you see "numbers"  which is actually a "date" in the url.
It means there is another "alias" or url with the same name.

Joomla will add the date to it, if it is not unique

So how would you explain the failure of the Menu Item Title not showing within category listing?

Menu Item Title to display on the frontend for a Virtuemart Category listing. It works in normal Joomla articles, but not when using VM Category listing.
