Add new fields in User Registration Forms

How can i do the following in new user registeration form?

Default:

Name: *   
Username: *   
Password: *   
Confirm Password: *   
Email Address: *   
Confirm email Address: *   

Add in:

Receive our updates? [checkbox]
Age group: [dropdown]
Favourite Categories: [multiple checkboxes]

I would like to know how I can manage confirm email checked if the customer fill in email form?
Email and confirm email have to be corresponding when the customer fill in, and if it's not some warning message should come up.
