I read http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=112812.0 and double checked my settings and placed a bogus order every time I have added a virtual product to download. Never ever did it cross my mind to check emails that are NOT html but just text. The virtual download link will show as non-clickable text in a non-html email. Could this be fixed to show a link that can be copied/pasted in browser?
No such thing as a stupid question, only a stupid answer. I won't ask if I know the answer or found it using the search as you suggested.
