I have configured taxes and shipping, but now my taxes won't show up?

Hey there,

I have configured my taxes to reflect the total bill and apply to which country it will be shipped to. My taxes worked fine yesterday.
Now that I have configured shipping, which is based on weight and the country its shipping to, my taxes don't show up. See the attached image - the taxes just don't calculate for some reason.

Does anyone know what I could do to fix this issue?
