Hi,

I'm having some problems with the shipment method setting and configuration. I was able to create several shipping rates but after I've created several shipping rates, i'm unable to create a new one. The system message shows that the record was saved but the new rates did not show on the shipment method table.

FYI, i'm currently using Joomla 2.5.11, Virtuemart 2.0.22b and my php version is 5.3.26

I've prepared a sequence of screenshots of my problem. Please refer to the attached files.

Please help. I've been trying to solve this for a couple of days now and i'm on my wits end.

Thank you

I have the same problem to be honest with Joomla 2.5.10 and Virtuemart 2.0.22c

Mine however does save the shipment name and description, but it does not save the configuration options such as country, price etc.
I just updated it from 2.0.22b to 2.0.22c and this did not solve the problem.

Looking at my modules, 3rd party extensions would be:

- Yj Pop Login
- RuposTel VirtueMart Ajax Search
- An unknown shopping cart module
- Autson Slideshow (which i modified to remove url inclusion and a javascript that would make certain viruscanners go off with a torjan alert)

Also i installed an iDeal extension (from ideal's own website), which adds payment options for iDeal, Creditcard etc.

On a side note, i also couldn't add a regular "standard" virtuemart payment due to the same problem, i could add the payment, but the configuration would not be saved.

I've updated my virtuemart to the latest version. 2.0.22d. Updated my joomla too. But the result still the same. I am unable to add new shipping rates after several successful addition.
Really need some help here :(

Your VM is 2.0.22c, but your VM AIO is 2.0.20b. You need to update both of them to the latest probably - to 2.0.22e.

Also I made an update of your Joomla from 2.5.10 to the latest. But this didn't help in your issue. I did this just in case.

I just updated both Virtuemart itself and the aio to 2.0.24 and still it doesn't save

Even after updating your shipment plugin it remains absent in Joomla Extensions on your web site. I Discover this extension and everything become ok.

I finally managed to fix it!

I downloaded a clean 2.0.24 version, and from that took the administrator/components/com_virtuemart folder.
Than i uploaded that entire folder with FTP, overwriting all old files and now it works.
