Price on Application for a given quantity

Hi All

I'm trying to figure out how to have POA appear as the price when a given quantity is ordered

eg 
Order 1 + $20 each.
Order 2 + $15 each
Order 3 = $POA


Does anyone know how I can set the POA option up?
