Virtuemart Products Module

Hello Friends,

Got a problem here with Virtuemart Products Module.. It is set to show Random Products on left side of the page on every page. It is doing its job without any issues.

Now the Problem is:

When we get into a specific product category, then it shows product only from that category. What we want is, it should show the Random Product from other Categories, rather than from the same category.

I am using Joomla 2.5.9 with Virtuemart version 2.0.18a
Please help!

But this is not the reply to my question... do you have a solution to this problem, I am happy to upgrade Joomla & Virtumart..

You issue could be or could not be resolved in the latest version. As simple as that.

Do you think that I recommend you to update live web site??
