Info text if quantity is higher than stock level

Hi,
Maybe I haven't found an existing article...

But after upgrading to 2.0.22c the info text if the selected quantity is higher than the stock level doesn't appear anymore.
e.g. I have a stock level of 12 and select 13, click on "Add to Cart", the system takes rightly 12 but gives no warning or info to the customer.

The text if the product is out of stock still exists...
