USPS Shipping not working

Please help. Have been through these forums for hours and tried everything. When I click on Select Shipment Method in my cart I get: Please select a shipment method. We are sorry, no shipment method matches the characteristics of your order.

I have Joomla 2.5.14
VirtueMart 2.0.22c
I am using the USPS Virtue Mart Shipping Module.
Countries, zip codes, amounts are not specified, plugins are enabled.

USPS is not at the moment included in virtuemart.
You should contact the developer directly.
