You could search a bit on forum about issue 2.

About your last issue. Probably you could connect your Virtuemart to the Community Builder or to the Jomsocial. I'd heard that this profile systems could connect with the help of another 3rd party custom extensions to google maps.

1) probably You'r running Your shop on localhost (Win OS)?
2) Is You shop multilanguage?
enter shop->shop : fill all fields (Shop Name, Shop Company Name: ,..) and Additional Information
3) Enter configuration->configuration  be sure "Enable Multivendor" is none.
