Synchronise medias issue

Hello All,

I have an issue with virtuemart 2.0.22a on Joomla! 2.5.13 when I synchronise medias, all my Image Alt-Text and Displayed image subtitle of my pictures are deleted and replaced by the name of the file (ex: a25986.jpg).

Do you know this issue ?

Do you use subfolderS? non ASCII chars?

Hello Molbo,

I think I found the problem. It was due to the name of the files in uppercase and lowercase. The csv file used with CSVI was with upper case and some real files with lowercase.

I continue my importation and I'll let you know if the problem appears again.
