Payment Method for PayPal not working for last step of shopping

I have done all the configuration for my shopping cart and setup paypal as the only payment with my clients email account but the template it stating the following, We are sorry, no payment method matches the characteristics of your order.
If anyone has a quick fix or any details, it would be greatly appreciated.
