Quote Needed to Fix Order "Confirmation" Screen Issue

I own a small uniform website, www.prodigyuniforms.com, and the website suddenly started giving my customers a blank white screen after clicking the "Confirm Order" button at the last step of the checkout process.  This is causing major problems because the customer is hitting the back button and keeps trying to re-submit the order causing multiple charges to their credit card.  I am also not getting copies of the orders placed through the website emailed to me any more (this started at the same time as the first issue mentioned, so I'm assuming the problems are related).  I had the company that built the site take a look at it, and they can't figure it out, so I'm reaching out to the VM community to find an experienced VM programmer that can help diagnose and fix the issue.   Please send me an email at aaron (at) prodigyuniforms.com with your rate and some projects you've done.

The S5 template used in your shop is causing several errors. The company that has built your shop should first get rid of these errors:

Also, the 'S5 Habla' chat causes a few Javascript errors. I would suggest to show it only on non-VirtueMart pages if at all, because the way chats usually work, will slow down your shop considerably.
