Creation of a custom field required selection for check out.

Hi guys,

Joomla 2.5.11, virtuemart 2.0.20

I want to add a custom field list for "size" with a "choose" option and if the customer don't choose something and try to check out he receives a message to choose an option. I am searching in the forum for a long time. I found some questions but no answers. Please answer me or redirect me to a previous "solved" topic.
