Pricing issue for different shoppergroups

We have upgraded VM2.0.8 to 2.0.22b. We have 4 shopper groups as anonymous, customer, dealer and law enforcement/military. 
Now we have to show different prices for some shopper groups.e.g if price of 'Testproduct' is $2000 for  anonymous, customer, dealer and $1000 for law enforcement/military.

Then how can I implement this?  Is it necessary to enter all prices product pricing section?
Or is any way without entering all prices for each shopper group?

Note that I cant use 'Available for all' option that is mostly suggested in forums since my prices and tax, discount rules are not same for all shopper groups
