Second category not displayed

My store currently has 2 categories and I am unable to get the newest category to appear in Categories on the Front Page of the store. The category is published and my store configuration allows up to 5 categories in a row, so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong and I need help getting the category to appear. My store is located at http://ridedatelove.com/store.html if anybody has time to take a look.

Did you test your issue on standard Joomla template?

Yes, I have tested this on Atomic, Beez5 and Beez20 but the template does not affect the view problem.

Maybe some issues with VM configuration (options that are related to categories) or something with 2nd category personal options.

Decide: post screen shots or pm access.

2nd category hasn't selected vendor in own configuration.
