Notes and special requests Input Field Size

Anyone know how this could be adjusted so it's more than 1 column and 60 rows? If you type in it and hit return the box doesn't expand or show the scroll bar. Unless you drag out the box it's pretty useless.

I am wondering specifically if there is a setting not a hack.
