Return URL for PayPal Payflow Link

Hello,

In Paypal Payflow Link, I need to enter a Return URL so the cart knows the order is complete.  I tried: https://www.mydomain.com/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=pluginresponse&task=pluginresponsereceived&pm=1  Yes, 1 in pm=1 is the ID of my one and only Payment Processor in Virtuemart.  I tried on both Link and Post.

After the order is submitted in a PayPal, I am just taken back to the cart with the cart still filled in.

Does anyone know what the correct Return URL should be?

VM Version - 2.0.20b
Joomla Version - 2.5.11
VM Payment Plugin - I used the basic Paypal plugin but changed the Form POST to go to https://payflowlink.paypal.com.  Payflow doesn't support a hidden form variable for return URL, I have to enter a URL in to the Payflow link website.  I'm not sure which URL to use and nothing I've tried has worked.
Region - US
Payflow - I don't really see one?
