Bank debit - where is it ? Only commercial solutions ????

In VM 1.1 Bank debit was a possible payment option by default (not compelted because of a missing BIC field), but I could complete it by myself and USE IT !

Now in 2.x the Bank Debit option has gone compeltely...and there is only the way of commercial modul installation (novatel).

WHY THAT ?
I think it would better to let Shop Owners decide which payment type the want to use or not 

Is VM 2 only for UK-Market
What about EU/German Shop Owners ?? Some important things have been gone sinse VM 1.x...

At last I have to think over a better shop solution....which is more compatible to EU/German/International Markets.....unfortunately because i liked VM up till now...

You can use the standard payment which is included in VM
