VM 2.0.20b won't install MySQL errors

I have tried the normal installation procedure of the .tar archive, manual installation via /tmp directory and I also tried installing the files as a .zip archive. Unfortunately, this is the result I keep getting:

What versions of PHP and MySQL are you using? Is this on Joomla 2.5.11?
