Problems with prices:

Every time I publish a new product and put the cost price, to save, appearing on a different price based on the price and also the final price.

example: cost price: 254,90
after saving appears:

cost price :: 254.90000
base price: 209.9177797
Final price: 181.962834

Have no rule taxes.
Why prices are changing.
