Administrator logging? Stock gets changed, is it possible to log who does this?

Hello,

I have a very strange issue. One of my websites when I change the stock to 0, sometimes it magically gets reverted back to the old stock of which is around 9989 or something. Is there anything I can do to log who this change does and when it happens? So I can check why this change happens?

So basically, is it possible to log all the changes that gets done in Virtuemart administrator section?
