UPS Shipping shows error- We are sorry, no shipment method matches the character

Hello,

I have purchase the following plugin for VM2 UPS Shipping, but it's not working properly, I have tried two possibilities as shown below.

Case 1

I am setting the vendor address to dummy or default which is provided at the installation time with US.
I am setting the US destination shipping as a customer and it show only following options only.

UPS (Worldwide) ExpressSM Guarantee Day Delivered in 1 Day(s) ($340.93)
UPS Saver Guarantee Day Delivered in 1 Day(s) ($321.25)
UPS (Worldwide) Express PlusSM Guarantee Day Delivered in 1 Day(s) ($409.35)

but I want ....

UPS Ground
UPS Next Day Air
UPS Second Day Air

How it's possible............. ?

Case 2

I am setting the vendor address to 3XXX A B C xxxxxx xxxxx, xxxxx Houston, TX 77018 , United States.
I am setting the Memphis, TN, United States destination shipping as a customer and it show error as shown below..

We are sorry, no shipment method matches the characteristics of your order.

...Can any one solve it or help ?
