getting weird error when doing an order

Please see the attached screen shot of what's happening when an order is started. No idea where its coming from or how to fix it. Please help.

check your store name in configuration: Shop > Shop > Vendor

So are you saying that Shop Name, Shop Company Name should be exactly the same thing?

And what about the URL? Can it just be domain.com

Shop Name is the name of your online shop (e.g. My Shoe Shop)

Shop Company Name is the name of the company who is the owner of the shop (e.g. Scotts Shoe Ltd.)

URL is the domain of your shop (e.g. www.domain.com

In this case you have English UK installed on Joomla as default language. You must install English UK as default language.

If I have those two items be different as they were, the error appears. I made them both the same and the error went away. This is what both fields have in them now.

Shop Name: Radon Test Kits
Shop Company Name: Radon Test Kits
URL: www.radata.com

Also another error has now come up which is this? What's causing this and how do I get rid of it?

the invoice folder must be in your safe path directory ... and this must be writable

Is that is the VM Admin or elsewhere?

Where the three items I sent you correct? If not what should I change them to?

I FTP to the server and added an invoices folder as there wasn't one so its now

/httpdocs/joomla25/virtuemart/safe/invoices

Is that right?

Thanks. I entered the path where it says and VM was not telling me there was an error anymore.

Quick question, for Shop Name and Shop Company Name and URL in the Shop section
