Migration form Joomla 1.5 with VM2 to 2.5 with VM2

Hello,

I have a site in Joomla 1.5.25 and i use VM2 and i want to transfer it to joomla 2.5 and Virtuemart 2. I haven't done something like that before. Where i can find the steps i have to follow? I have searched in forum but i haven t found exactly that i want.

I apologize for my bad english. I m sorry if there is that post and i haven't found it.
