How to configure offline payment

Hello,
this is my first time using VirtueMart, and I am not finding it quite easy to use.

How do I set up two ways of payment,

1. Pay offline -money transferred into my bank account
-when the customer selects this method of payment, and clicks Checkout, I just want to display a page with my account details, and receive notification which product was purchased

2. Pay online - using cPay
I have installed this plugin, but can't find a way to implement it with the method mentioned above.

Any help would be highly appreciated..
