ordering custom fileds customfields

Hi all,
My conf: joomla 2.5.8 and vm 2.0.12

i create some custom filelds, some custom fields are parent, width 2 or 3 child. I don't know how to change the order of visualization. I make an example:

first  parent custom field = "complementari"
first child custom field = "codice"
second child custom field = "descrizione"

I'd like to view in my page first descrizione and after codice, but if i use arrows up and down to move the childs, nothing happens. Someone have suggestions?

Without opening another post, I have the same problem as Attilio, I created the "stockable variant" and can not in any way to make them appear in the order that I would
example:
XXS
XS
S
M
L
XL
XXL
3XL

Of course, this situation ripresente in other colors that I put in, solutions on how should I do?
I tried following this post http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=104253.msg347185;topicseen#msg347185  but it does not work the same
