How i display shipmet and payment method on front

Hi,
I created shipment and payment method on back end.But These method do not display at front end when user clicks link "Select shipment" or "Select payment"  at shopping cart page then message come
"Please select a payment method
We are sorry, no payment method matches the characteristics of your order. Please ."
Can anyone help me to resolve this problem.

go to configuration first and tick the box and then go to shop (image two and go to the bottom).

Develop what you want and it will appear on the front.

Shipment works by comparing weight to the ranges of weight for each rate PLUS shipto country.

If you have a weight that is not covered by a rate you have set-uo you will get the message you got. So check product has a weigh, or if not your first shipment rate starts at zero. You also get the message if total order weight is higher than highest ship wight you have set a rate for. I use a bucket 30.001 kg to 9999 kg rate to catch overweight and give handling advice in that rate.

Both shipment and payment rates should have links in shopping cart.
