Multi price/vendor/store based on city

Is it possible for a solution which will be observed this functionality: having a single list of products and categories, to have different prices for different regions of work?

For example, selecting New York, show some prices, and selecting Stuttgart - show another prices?

Ideally - also come with the presence of goods. Currency will be the same.

I saw the solution when using multiple installations of VM on one site, but in this case we have a number of independent directories. With a small quantity of the goods is not a problem, but when a lot of products, it will turn into a headache. Also, it will be a problem when the cities will not two, but five, or - ten
