Automatically confirm order is price equals zero

Dear users of VirtueMart,

I'm having a problem which it seems i can't solve alone.
So i kinda hoped you guys could help.

The problem is, i offer, well my client does, free products as in the form of .pdf's.
Now, since my client wants to track who downloads it and what, i',ve bought and installed the plugin from iStraxx.
It works great, and does exactly the trick i needed.

There is only one problem, when someone, "buys" this pdf, the order isn't automatically set to confirm, so the client won't recieve an email either.
After confirming the order from the backend, they do get the mail and can download the PDF.

Is there a way to do this automatically ?
