No default payment and shipment methods after installation of VM 2.018a

We're building a new virtuemart shop and started with a clean installation. After installation of 2.018a, we noticed that there are no shipment and payment methods available. I thought VM was delivered with some default methods? Anyway I tried to add a shipping method manually, but I don't see this see shipping method when I want to checkout. And I don't see where I can configure the price of a shipment method. Someone would like to help me?

The second tab (Configuration) to the right of the Shipment Method Information is where you set the rates. See image. And VM documentation: http://docs.virtuemart.net/manual/20-shop-menu/59-edit-shipment-method#information

The Shopper group for shipping should be left as "Select some options" - you have it set to default so it will only show to logged-in users. It also looks like you have some untranslated language strings (VMSHIPMENT_RULES)

The configuration tab looks different than yours. See my screenshot. After changing the shopper group, I still don't see any way to select a shipment method during checkout. I had no difficulties during installation, but don't know why my configuration seems different than yours.

You are not using the standard provided shipment plugin. That screen you show is of reinhold's third party shipment plugin. - http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=112127.0
