tabs not present in Shop

Hi

I have some problems to submit .....

Premises: web site running on joomla 2.5.8, Virtuemart 2.0.18a and PHP 5.3.19

first problem:  in Shop I have only the tab Additional Information, do not appare tabs Vendor and General user information
second problem: I installed Joomla and VM in English and only at a later time Italian. Happens that dates, formats digit (thousands and decimal) remain as set in the Anglo-Saxon version even if all site languages ​​and administration are set by default in Italian. To clarify the dates are not dd / mm / year but year / mm / dd and shipment price the point of the European thousands separator is interpreted as the Anglo-Saxon cents.

Are some days that I'm looking for a solution but without any results.
I think there is some problem with the DB.
Any suggestions?

The first problem is solved. I had not designated the Vendor in Orders&Customers/Customers.
