Is this a question you are asking? I thought you were just telling us that you bought the plugin.

What is it that you want to do? If it is to offer a discount off the final bill with that plugin it says "Quantity rules working with the bill total will follow (Discount per bill)." -  http://extensions.virtuemart.net/all-tutorials/10-calculation-rules/11-quantity-plugin
