Shipment for Virtual Products No link in email

Hi
I have asked for help on this matter but I haven't as yet receievd any response.
When I use Shipment for Virtual Products with another Custom Attribute/plugin the email or order list no longer contains the download link.
I'm trying to have a product as a child product so the customer can choose a hard or electronic copy.

I apologise if the order number is the incorrect one but we did purchase a complete version under the name Simon Brindle @ Design Force

Please I really need to get this working asap
