Suggest pricerules in categories

Hi,
a suggestion for an new release would be that I can give some categories pricecalculation rules.
The reson for this is that we have in germany several tax values for different products.
And on this way it would be a little be easier to prefent failtures.

Tax & Calculation Rules can already be set to  individual product categories.
