How to setup payment method

Hello Everyone

Ohk I am new. I have bought a template which has virtuemart as well. I did setup a virtuemart standard payment method but its not helping me as I cannot see anywhere to put my credit card info. Can anyone plz help me. I looked up so many tutorials but cannot resolve it. I really need help.

You cannot have customers enter a credit card number into a standard payment plugin if you are taking off-line card payments. For that you need a PCI compliant plugin, such as http://extensions.virtuemart.net/extensions-virtuemart-2/payments/offline-credit-card-processing-detail

Ypu will also need to use SSL for customer security and to comply with PCI requirements, so you will need a dedicated IP address for your server and a suitable SSL Certificate. Nobody will enter their card details without SSL - unless they are stupid.

So what I need them to just fill a credit card authorization form? Lets say a customer comes to the website selects 2 items and hit checkout. What I was wondering was that I ll ask them to give me all their credit card information (I have the SSL + dedicated IP) this information will come via email & then we will wait for the customer at the store. When he comes in he signs the cc authorization form and we charge him.

It would be highly appreciated if I can get more help in this.
