2.0.14 Custom Field Bug?

I'm using a new install of 2.0.14, no customization, pretty much out of the box and trying to add custom fields.  In Firefox, the fields display perfectly, but in Internet Explorer, it mashes the choices together. making the custom fields pretty much unusable. Take a look at the attached screen shots, one from firefox and one from IE

Is this something I did wrong, or is this a bug?  And how do I fix this?
