Why the html of the stockable varriants is generated by Js?

Hi

I am trying to use ajax to load the html of the stockable varriants of a product.
Unfortunately if there are more than 1 drop-downs only the 1st has values.

I realized that the options(html) of the others are generated by javascript.

I cannot understand why this happens
