Choose your own flavors Boxed product custom field

I am trying to learn the new custom fields features in Virtuemart 2 and I am trying to figure out what the best way to handle this product is.

The product is a box of 12 hot sauce bottles where the customer can choose any combination of 3 flavors (flavors are Red, Green and Peach).  Since there are 12 bottles having a form field for each bottle makes the screen really busy. The other option ios to give the customer 3 plain empty fields where they can simply enter how many bottles of each flavor they want in the box, but this would lead to mistakes and support calls/complaints.

is there a better way to handle a product such as this one? The price remains the same so it's just a matter of giving the customer a quick way to define how many bottles of each flavor they want in the box.
