500 error on site link

Hey everyone, I have spent days trying to battle a link error on the site and finally have to ask for some help.

Migrated the site and went through the testing process and all seems great.  The only error I have is when you go to the link:

http://www.eurocharged.com/index.php?option=com_virtuemart

It tosses this error:

Fatal error: Cannot access empty property in /var/www/vhosts/eurocharged.com/httpdocs/libraries/joomla/registry/registry.php on line 336 Warning: spl_autoload(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(jfactory.inc) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/vhosts/eurocharged.com/httpdocs/:/tmp/:/ectemp/) in /var/www/vhosts/eurocharged.com/httpdocs/libraries/joomla/session/storage/database.php on line 71 Warning: spl_autoload(): open_basedir restriction in effect. I have tried re-downloading the joomla core files and overwriting, making changes to php.ini for memory etc, and can't seem to find the problem.
