Order Confirmation - Invoice layout problems

Hi,

we use Finnish ä and ö letters in our Virtuemart2 shop and in the payment method we have ä letters serveral times. The order confirmation it looks like this:

"K\u00e4teinen maksutapa on mahdollista vain noudettaessa OUTLET myym\u00e4l\u00e4st\u00e4!"
(in stead of "Käteinen....myymälässä"

How can I fix the order confirmation so that it will accept UTI8? Also  I would like to edit the font in the orderconfirmatio/invoice layotus. Some sites the layout font is too big and the currecy does not fit to the same line.

The third problem I have is that after changing the order status as send and the customer gets an invoice, the Logo of the company is not showing. Logo is showing in the original order confirmation. Why is it not showing? Where to define that? Isn't it taking the same image as set in the Shop-page image details?

Can anyone help me with the orderconfirmation/invoice layout matter! Thanks!
