More than 1 stockable variant / product?

Hi!

Isn't it possible to have more than one stockable variant per product? For instance I need to have color/size and then with the decodations/how many. I tried to do it but for the second variant inside the product it shows the same children that i can use but when i save it won't show anything in both variants in the front end except for the first inputed values... See attachments;

Also I would like to add pictures to some of the custom fields. Is that possible in any way?
