When I click at "Confirm order" in Chrome I get to an error page that say:

QuoteServer error
An error occurred when the site would fetch http://mydomain.com/webshop/cart/confirm. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.
Here are some suggestions:
Read the web page later.
HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was that the server could not fulfill the request.
The page is in Swedish. I translated the error message with Google Translate, so it may not look exactly like that in English.

In Firefox I just get to a blank page when clicking "Confirm order".

This seem to happen only when I have payment method Payer installed. When I uninstall Payer all other payment methods work.
I have checked Payer and the order don't appear in their system.

When checking out with Payer no order e-mails is sent. When checking out with other payment method order e-mail is sent to customer but not seller.

VirtueMart version 2.0.12f.
Joomla version 2.5.7.
Have updated AIO and database plugin tables.

What is the Payer plugin? Do you mean Paypal or do you have some other 3rd party payment plugin?

Yes, Payer (Pay & Read) is a 3rd party payment plugin that handle card/bank payment in Sweden.

Is it possible that the plugin was written for one of the first versions of VM2? It may need updating for current versions.

Changes with versions are published a live update info - latest is http://virtuemart.net/index.php?option=com_content&id=416   with links at bottom to earlier versions.

Seems like it was the opposite. A previous version of Payer was working, but not the latest. Very weird. Anyway this problem is now solved.
