Shopping cart help

Hi there,

I would like to create two categories of products. The products that are available only to international market excluding Canada and the other products that are available to every market. So when creating shopping cart I would like to create a restriction where the Canadian clients are unable to purchase the products (That are only available to international market). Would this shopping cart do such restriction?
