Quantity Discount Problem - After Upgrade from VM 2.0.10 to VM 2.0.12f

Dear VM Team,

We setup the quantity discount plugin for VM. Everything was working fine until we upgraded from VM 2.0.10 to VM 2.0.12f now the quantity discount is just not being applied anymore no matter which category we select.

What information do you need to find out what may have caused the plugin to stop working?

To Elaborate please take a look at the screen shots of:
1.) Backend: Quantity Discount Settings
2.) Frontend: Category View
3.) Frontend: Order +5 items discount not calculated

Oops, wrong discount field. For testing we just used the 1 Euro Discount. See screen shot attached.
