I've used the automatic upgrade in VM to upgrade to latest version. Also upgrade plugins via .aio.

After successful upgrade, I get 500 error when trying to 'confirm purchase'.

Also have a problem with the homepage slideshow partially showing up on all check-out pages. I've only selected module to show on homepage.

Please advice on how to:
1. fix the 500 error on 'confirm purchase'
2. how to remove slideshow from check-out pages.

Running Joomla 2.5.7
VM 2.0.12b

website: www.jepitta.com

thanks!

Check the server error log for the cause of the 500  If you are usinf SEF then try with it turned off.

As for the slideshow it sounds like a Joomla menu assignment issue.

Hello,

Could you please try without template overrides? You are using a commercial vm template and you should upgrade it also.

Try it and if is working then you should ask your template provider an updated template for version 2.0.12e

Hello,

Nope, this is a joomla template issue. Please disable SEF as jenkinhill suggest and also try it without template overrides. 404 page trying to reach (your template) is page not found, so disable sef for start.

I have the same problem, when trying to buy a product with child product, I get an 500 error. No problems when buing products without child products.

My shop is live, and customers are complaining about it, so help will be highly apreciated!
