Product Display Dropdown Order

I have spent hours trying to figure this out and was only able to find information on how to fix it on Virtuemart 1.x but apparently it is different on Virtuemart 2.x

Would anyone know how to arrange the child products in order? (XXS, XS, S, M, L ...)
See picture attached, it's a big mess.

It would be great if I could arrange by Product ID. Please advise, thank you.
