Skiping card details.

Hi everyone,

I have a paypal pro plugin to allow me to take payments with card, however when someone goes to check out, they are never directed to a page where they enter their card details, and thus get to the "confirm order" page where they click the button and then are directed to a page saying order declined because their payment details didnt work, this page then has a link to where you can enter your details, but this is a very backward method, anyone got any answers?
